Sketching in Nature (Full Day)

Explore the wonderful local environment around Aysgarth Falls using a variety of media to draw and paint from nature building up an exciting sketchbook.

• Using a variety of dry media techniques, the course will lead opportunities to get students to loosen up and explore mark making.
• Working from observation in nature then to develop a drawing or series of drawings that may lead into paintings in the future as we explore composition and balance in the drawing, viewpoint and lead lines perspective and distance.
