About Us

Julie and Steve invite you to visit us here at our Craft Shop and Gallery located in the former mill building next to the Upper Falls at Aysgarth in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
Yore Mill Craft Shop and Gallery opened in July 2021. Its gallery looks out over the Upper Falls and it is unlikely that there are many finer views out of a gallery window in Yorkshire or beyond.
The Falls have attracted the famous over the centuries, Wordsworth honeymooned here, Turner painted here and more recently of course, it was the film location for Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (1991) and Wuthering Heights (1992).

There is very limited parking at the Mill so we recommend that you park in the Aysgarth Falls National Parks Centre car park (DL8 3TH) a couple of minutes away and walk down the footpath to us.
