Barnacle Shell Standing Form

Tall sculptural standing form made from thrown fine white porcelain.

The top sections have masses of individually bored through holes around the top, that resemble Barnacle Shell colonies on coastal rocks. They emphasise the contrast between smooth surfaces and raised ridged textures that gives the pieces a dynamic tension.
