Boxing Hares (Medium)

An handmade piece using the cold cast bronze method.

Each piece is lovingly modelled by hand then cast and hand finished by John.

Hares are widely seen in The Dales and feature in many myths and legends. They are represented here as boxing which happens in the mating season, hence the saying “Mad as a March hare”
