This is an original artwork comprising of acrylic paint on board.
It is inspired by the artist’s visit to Girona, Catalonia, where all the doors in the Old Quarter have these amazing vintage door knobs, some of them are tied with ribbons to show political allegiances and sympathies towards Independence.
The artwork is box framed in a deep edged box frame made from oak. The frame has 1cm of visible frame to the front face and 7cm depth so it can stand on a shelf if liked.
