Refunds

With returns refunds on purchases will only be considered for items in their original condition. Returns to be made at the expense of the purchaser, with it being their responsibility that any item(s) are fully insured for transit. 

Yore Mill Craft Shop and Gallery to be notified of damage arising from delivery within 5 days of receipt, and photographs of damage to be forwarded.
